Shipping Policy

  1. Free delivery applies to orders with a value over $100 (Inc. GST) made online at www.appliedau.com.au.

  2. Free delivery only available to Australian mainland.

  3. Free delivery does not apply to goods that are classified by Applied as ‘large or heavy or dangerous goods’ items (e.g. hose reel or aerosol can).

  4. Dangerous goods incur an additional freight cost that will be displayed in the cart.

  5. Once an item is placed in the shopping cart, the freight charge will be displayed in the cart if applicable.

  6. Some items may have restrictions on ship to locations based on Distribution agreements. This will be acknowledged in the cart.

  7. Once the order has been submitted, if our freight costs are substantially higher, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss an additional delivery charge.

  8. There is no charge for goods picked up from an Applied Branch.

Freight Carriers

  1. Delivery is provided by Toll Express and TNT.

Despatch date

We endeavour to despatch all in-stock items ordered before 3.00pm (AEST) Mon – Fri on the same day. If you order an item which is not in stock, we will ensure that you are notified of the expected despatch date.

Ordering from outside of Australia

We do not currently offer international shipping online. If you see anything you are interested in purchasing, please contact us.
